Groups

Subscribers are organized into groups.  The groups consist of a group code, group name, and description.

Some groups are created automatically during the data sync upload if the CSV file containing the subscriber data already has groups in place. Whereas, some groups are created manually in the Dashboard if there are groups that live outside the Directory Data Feed.

Group Code: A unique code that allows you to identify the group - has to be all lower case

Group Name: The name of the group

Description: The description of the group - where the data comes from, the purpose of the group etc.
