The Tracking section lists all recently sent notifications. Most recent notifications are listed first, older notifications are further down the list.
The list of notifications is searchable by message keyword.
If you click “View Details” for a notification, you will be taken to a detailed report of the notification.
On the Details page, you can quickly view the full notification message by clicking the “View Alert” button. This will display all specified CAP fields.
The Sending Status and Performance panel will show which mechanisms were used to send the notification, and indicate the throughput of the system. When a message is being actively send, this area will display the sending progress.
The Total Sent and Tracking Events Activity charts provide statistical information about the number of recipients and the progress of the message.
By clicking “View Tracking Log” will display a detailed listing of all tracking events. The list is searchable by the subscriber identifier (e.g.: Phone Number, Email Address, Etc.)
