Mobile User Groups

Users can be allocated to one or more groups, which facilitates easy management and "sectioning" of the many communication channels (Push Notifications, Conference Call Bridges, Chat Rooms) available in the AppArmor Command platform. You can also show and hide content in the app based on a user's group(s).

Adding Mobile User Groups

  1. In the Dashboard, go to Communications -> Users


     

  2. Click the Groups tab, then Add a New Group.


     

  3. Give the group a name and click Save Group.


Managing Group Members

  1. In the Dashboard, go to Communications -> Users


     

  2. Click the Groups tab. Find the desired group. Click the dropdown arrow and select Group Members


     

  3. Use the interface to add or remove users from the group
