Analytics

The Dashboard provides an interactive analytics interface to view system activity statistics. There is a series of pre-built metrics that include:

  • Chat Sessions

  • Conference Calls

  • Desktop Panics

  • Email To Push

  • Events (Event Management)

  • Incident Reports

  • Push Notifications

  • User Registrations

  • Virtual Walk / Bluelight

  • WorkAlone Sessions

These metrics can be displayed over a data range selected in the Analytics interface. Click the “Run Report” button to view the details:

The data for the report can be viewed in a table at the bottom of the page. Or export the data by clicking the “Download CSV” button.
