Activation History Tab

The Activation History tab shows the list of activations done by your organization. The activations are listed chronologically and can be searched using the search option at the top of the page. The list of activations can also be exported via the Export Data button at the bottom of the page.

In addition, more detailed reports for each activation are available under the “View Report” button.

The View Report button will take you to the Activation Details page. This page includes the following details:

  1. Nature of the incident

  2. Timing of the activation

  3. Who triggered and deactivated the alert

  4. Duration of the event

  5. Activation Chart (Team Chart) and users that accepted those roles

  6. Team Table (Roster Table) for the users that accepted the role, inclusive of their contact information

  7. Notification Log which indicates when and how a user accepted the role in question

  8. Activity Feed which catalogs the system generated events for the activation
