Add a New Organization-Specified Emergency Contact
Organization-Specified Emergency Contacts are individuals that you as the administrator have identified as needing to receive notifications regarding WorkAlone Users' WorkAlone sessions.
Navigate to the “Contacts” tab on the WorkAlone Settings page
Click the “Add New Contact” button in the header of the “Organization-Specified Emergency Contacts” table
Fill out the following fields
Contact Name: The name of the emergency contact
Phone Number: The phone number for the emergency contact
SMS Enabled: Check in the phone number can receive SMS messages
Email: The email for the emergency contact.
Click “Save”
