Chat History

The Chat History section displays a chronological list of chat conversations.

1. Filter Conversation by Date

The dashboard user can filter the Conversation Table to specific dates using this sections. Choose a start and end date and press on the ‘Search Button' to filter the Conversation Table. Click on the 'Show All’ button to reset the Conversation Table back to showing all conversations.

2. View Conversation Details

By clicking on the ‘View Conversation’ button, the contents of that conversation will be shown in chronological order.

To get back to the Conversation Table, click on the ‘Back to Conversations’ button.
