This is a user who has access to the AppArmor Command app. They are managed in the Users Section of the Dashboard (Communications -> Users).
Adding AppArmor Command App Users
In the Dashboard, go to Communications -> Users
Click Add a Mobile User
Fill in their email address, and click "Add User".
You should also fill in their name on the next screen.
This will send the user an email invite, with login credentials and instructions for downloading the app.
