WorkAlone Settings

The WorkAlone Settings section allows you to do the following:

1. Add Emergency and Dispatch contacts to the WorkAlone Module
2. Create a Verified Number for the WorkAlone Module
3. Add preset locations to the WorkAlone module

Emergency Contacts

These are a list of people who will be contacted if a user does not check into their WorkAlone. They can be contacted via a phone call, email, or AppArmor Dashboard Notification. To receive a Dashboard notification, the user must have the Location Services permission enabled.

Dispatch Contacts

These are a list of people who will be contacted if a user begins a WorkAlone session. They can be contacted via an SMS message, email, or AppArmor Dashboard Notification. To receive a Dashboard notification, the user must have the Location Services permission enabled.

Verified Number

This is the number that will call Emergency Contacts when a phone call is initiated. If a verified number is not set, calls will be made using the AppArmor 1-800 number.

Locations

Preset locations can be added here so that a user can select them from within the app. If there are no locations set, users can type in their location manually.
