The Incident Reporting section displays information submitted by users. The information may be a combination of form fields, and media (images, video).
Dispatcher Experience
In addition to sending an email, all form submissions from the app are logged in the Dashboard. Reports can be searched by Keyword, ID, and Badge ID in the Search Bar.
Dispatchers can find the "Incident Reporting" section of the Dashboard under the Communications tab:
Routing
This tab allows you to create Routing Rules so that certain reports get routed and sent to specific email address(es) depending on their criteria.
Please reach out to your respective Project Manager with all the details for report routing so they can help you set this up.
Maps
This tab allows you to create and define a map area in this section, and all the reports that have a location recorded within this set area will show up here:
Statistics
This tab allows you to view the amount of New Tips and Closed Tips of all the reports that have came in within the past 30 days. They can also view the Total Tips (of All Time).
The Tip Volume is also displays a Bar Graph over the past 30 days. If you hover over each bar, it will show you the number of New Tip Reports on that given date.
Export
This tab allows you to export a certain date range of reports by selecting the Start Date and End Date of the range you want.
You can then download the Reports in a CSV, XML, or JSON file format. You can also sort the order of the reports by Descending or Ascending order.
Settings
This tab allows you to determine what columns are displayed in the Reports table (first tab from the top). You can have as many as up to 6 custom display columns, as long as the field name is also reflected in the Reporting Form in the Designer configurations.
