The Location Map allows you to monitor location based features in real time. These features include Virtual Walkhome and Mobile Bluelight.

The page consists of two main sections:

1. The interactive map: allows you to view location information, destinations, and nearby surroundings.

2. The Active Connections panel: provides a list of active connections that you are currently monitoring.

Users on the Map

Users appear as round circle markers on the map. Their destination, if known, is identified with a dashed line and a marker with the letter “D”. As the users change location, the map will update the position.

If a user presses the panic button, a “P” marker will appear identifying the location.

If the user decides to cancel, a “C” marker will appear identifying the location.

Multiple Users

The location map is capable of showing multiple active users at once. Each user will be assigned a unique color for identification purposes.

Active Connections Panel

To view a listing of the active users, click the “Active Connections” tab to display the panel. The color coding of each user is shown as a bar along the left side of their entry in the list.

Clicking on a users entry will display an information window with additional details about the user. The “Get Approximate Address” button will convert their geolocation to an approximated physical street address.
