User-Specified Emergency Contacts are individuals that the WorkAlone End User has identified as their Emergency Contact. They can do so through the User Registration process, if your app has this feature enabled, or when they start a WorkAlone Session through the WorkAlone Session Questions.

  1. Navigate to the “Contacts” tab on the WorkAlone Settings page

  2. Click on the “Edit” button on the “User-Specified Emergency Contacts” panel.

  3. Edit the following fields

    • Field for User-Specified Emergency Contact Name: The field, either a WorkAlone Session Question or a User Registration Field, that will contain the name of the end-user’s emergency contact’s name

    • Field for User-Specified Emergency Contact Phone Number: The field, either a WorkAlone Session Question or a User Registration Field, that will contain the name of the end user’s emergency contact’s phone number

  4. Click the “Save” button.
