The Subscriber Portal supports multiple sign-in options. This features login through existing organization credentials (Single Sign On), allowing users to create accounts within the portal specifically, or a mix of both.

1. Single Sign On (SSO)

Users can login using their existing credentials if the identity provider has been configured with AppArmor for SAML 2.0.

SSO Domains

SSO Domains can be specified to enforce sign-in with organization credentials if they attempt to do a regular sign-in. Emails with the specified domain will automatically redirect to the organization login page.

2. System Accounts

Users can create accounts within the Portal. These are local accounts to the Subscriber Portal.

3. Domain Redirection

There are instances when an organization will have their own portal for a subset of their users. To prevent confusion, the Subscriber Portal allows for sign-in attempts with specific email domains to automatically redirect to the set URL.
