The Incident Reporting section displays information submitted by users. The information may be a combination of form fields, and media (images, video).
Dispatcher Experience
In addition to sending an email, all form submissions from the app are logged in the Dashboard. Reports can be searched by Keyword, ID, and Badge ID in the Search Bar.
Dispatchers can find the "Incident Reporting" section of the Dashboard under the Communications tab:
Routing
Admins of the Dashboard can create Routing Rules so that certain reports get routed and sent to specific email address(es) depending on their criteria.
