Support tickets can be opened through your AppArmor Dashboard (Sign In -> Support -> Open Support Ticket), by emailing support@apparmor.com, or by calling toll free 1-888-515-4546 option 2.  Please note that phone support is only available to clients enrolled in Enhanced or Premium support plans and under the availability terms of those plans.

Support Availability

AppArmor support is generally available Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM Eastern Time, excluding observed holidays.

However, customers who are enrolled in the Premium Support plan can continue to access support after-hours and during observed holidays for Business Critical (Priority 1) issues.

AppArmor observes regular Canadian statutory holidays.
