What’s New
Windows Desktop Alerts App updated to version 5.5.4.0. No changes to the app itself, but the uninstallation is cleaner, removing temp files, logs, registry entries and program files
Staff report has been improved and now includes listing of the groups that each staff member belongs to, and all custom staff fields and values
Tracking log has been improved to include the user’s name that received the alert (instead of just phone number or email address) and a button to access the user’s full profile
Tracking log export now includes the “details” of any events
Tracking log performance has been improved and should load quicker
Bug Fixes
Menu item for key contacts was showing for dashboard users with “Staff” permission. This is now hidden unless the user also has “Key Contact” permission.
