The AppArmor Operations team is proud to offer industry-leading support to all customers. This section contains overviews of how support works, our support levels and SLAs, and our Incident Response and Communication plans. 

AppArmor Support falls into two basic categories - Client Support, and End-User Support

Client Support

This is when AppArmor offers support to our clients at an institution that has purchased one of our products. For example, if you need assistance adding a new feature to your AppArmor Safety app, help with configuration of your AppArmor Alert Mass Notification System, or need training for the dispatchers monitoring the AppArmor Dashboard.

End-User Support

This is when AppArmor assists the client in supporting users of the product purchased by the client. For example, if a user has trouble receiving Push Notifications, AppArmor can assist them, or help our clients assist them in checking their settings and testing this capability.
