There are four tabs in the WorkAlone Settings page, outlined below:

Contacts
Emergency Contacts
These are a list of people who will be contacted if a user does not check into their WorkAlone. They can be contacted via a phone call, email, or AppArmor Dashboard Notification. To receive a Dashboard notification, the user must have the Location Services permission enabled.
Dispatch Contacts
These are a list of people who will be contacted if a user begins a WorkAlone session. They can be contacted via an SMS message, email, or AppArmor Dashboard Notification. To receive a Dashboard notification, the user must have the Location Services permission enabled.
Verified Number
This is the number that will call Emergency Contacts when a phone call is initiated. If a verified number is not set, calls will be made using the AppArmor 1-800 number.
Durations & Intervals
Session Durations
These are the selection of WorkAlone session durations that the end-user can choose in the app. A default duration can be selected by selecting the "Set Default" button. Only one default can be set at a time.
Session Check-in Intervals
These are the selection of WorkAlone check-in intervals that the end-user can choose in the app. A default duration can be selected by selecting the "Set Default" button. Only one default can be set at a time.
WorkAlone Extend
WorkAlone extend gives end-users the option to extend their WorkAlone session by a pre-set time after their session is complete. The duration of WorkAlone extend can be set-up and changed at any time. WorkAlone extend may also be disabled at any time.
Session Fields
This is where WorkAlone session fields can be created. These fields function much like user registration fields, but are unique to the WorkAlone session. These fields may also be used as variables in any WorkAlone notification.

Summary
Shows a summary of the the current WorkAlone instance. You can change the WorkAlone instance you are currently working on using the dropdown in the top-right corner of the panel.
WorkAlone Session Questions
WorkAlone Session Questions are the information that the WorkAlone User has to input every time they start a new WorkAlone session.
Each time the user starts a WorkAlone session, they must answer a number of questions. You can configure them here. The 3 minimum required fields are:
- Location of WorkAlone (the place at which the user is working alone. Can be a text box, dropdown list, or "combo box")
- Session Length (The duration of the requested WorkAlone session. Dropdown list)
- Check-In Interval (The frequency at which the user must check into their WorkAlone session, chosen from a list of predefined interval options. Dropdown list.)
You can optionally include additional fields if you'd like the user to input more information. Fields can be set to "remember" the user's last entry, or to be filled in each time.
Contacts
Add or edit contacts that can receive emergency and dispatch notifications during a WorkAlone session. These contacts can either be Organization-Specified Contact or User-Specified Contacts.
Organization-Specified Emergency Contacts
Organization-Specified Emergency Contacts are individuals that you as the administrator have identified as needing to receive notifications regarding WorkAlone Users' WorkAlone sessions.
User-Specified Emergency Contacts
User-Specified Emergency Contacts are individuals that the WorkAlone End User has identified as their Emergency Contact. They can do so through the User Registration process, if your app has this feature enabled, or when they start a WorkAlone Session through the WorkAlone Session Questions.
User Notifications
Edit the text of the push notifications sent to the WorkAlone User during an active WorkAlone Session. Placeholders
Check-In: Message sent to WorkAlone User when it’s time to check-in to their WorkAlone session. After receiving this notification, the user must check in within a specified amount of time, based on your settings.
Failed to Check-In: Message sent to WorkAlone User if they fail to check in within the specified amount of time after a check-in is sent.
Failed Emergency Call: If the system attempts to place a phone call to the Emergency Contact, and the call fails.
Contact Notifications
Assign contacts to receive various notifications throughout an Active WorkAlone Session.
WorkAlone Started: Sent to contacts when a new WorkAlone Session is started by a user. Can be sent contacts via Email, SMS, or Dashboard Notification.
WorkAlone Check-In: Sent to contacts when a user checks-in to their WorkAlone session. Can be sent contacts via Email, SMS, or Dashboard Notification.
WorkAlone Missed Check-In: Sent to contacts when a user fails to check-in to their WorkAlone session within a certain amount of time. Can be sent contacts via Email, SMS, Dashboard Notification, or by Phone Call. This notification can be escalated to additional contacts if it goes unacknowledged.
WorkAlone Panic: Sent to contacts when a user pressed the Panic Button. Can be sent contacts via Email, SMS, Dashboard Notification, or by Phone Call. This notification can be escalated to additional contacts if it goes unacknowledged.
WorkAlone Completed: Sent to contacts when a user either finishes their WorkAlone Session or cancels it. Can be sent contacts via Email, SMS, or Dashboard Notification.
Additional Settings
WorkAlone URL: The menu URL for the current WorkAlone Instance. This is used in your Mobile Safety App.
WorkAlone Alert Status URL: The Alert Status URL for the current WorkAlone Instance. This is used in your Mobile Safety App.
WorkAlone Instance Code: The instance code for the current WorkAlone Instance. This is used if you have multiple instances of WorkAlone configured in your app.
Verified Number: Set up the number used to call or text contacts during emergencies. If this is not set up, a default number will be used.
Menu Name: The Menu Name of this WorkAlone Instance. This must match up with the name of the WorkAlone menu in your Mobile Safety App.
Language: The language used for this WorkAlone Instance. This can either be English, French, or Canadian French.
Check-In Time: The amount of time (in minutes) that a user has to check-in to their WorkAlone Session after receiving a Check-In Push Notification
Extend Time: The amount of time that a user can extend their WorkAlone Session by after completing their final check-in.
Client Security Phone Number: The phone number of your security team. This number is called when emergency contacts press "2" during a phone call.
Field of WorkAlone End User's Phone Number: The name of the field, either a User Registration field, or a WorkAlone Session Question, that contains the WorkAlone User's phone number. This number is called when emergency contacts press "1" during a phone call.
Cancel WorkAlone Session After Emergency: When a user misses a check-in or presses the panic button, automatically end the WorkAlone Session for them.
Require User Registration: Require WorkAlone Users to register with their Mobile Safety App before being able to start a WorkAlone Session.
